Capswan Studio is a U.S.-based, high-touch product studio. We bring strategy, design, engineering, and delivery into one continuous practice for teams that need a holistic partner. Our founder is an engineer with 20+ years across design, full-stack development, solutions architecture, product management, and leadership—including work at two unicorns that later sold for more than $1B.

Org + repos created day one; brand tokens as a versioned package; every project starts as a git history, not a folder of files.

Scope lives as reviewable markdown specs beside the code (docs/specs/); change is a diff, not a surprise.

All work lands as pull requests through CI gates — type-checks, tests, e2e, contract tests; parallel workstreams, no long-lived branches.

Every release produces an immutable, hash-bound receipt: what shipped, from which commit, proven healthy before it gets a domain.
